Dr. Rupp offers Mindfulness training for organizations and their employees. Through single workshops or longer custom series, she trains professionals to control their attention, find intention, release judgments, and hold space for personal growth and awareness. Utilizing her multi-faceted background, sessions incorporate the science, practical outcomes, and psychological aspects of the topic at hand and the selected Mindfulness approach. SINGLE SESSION INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP
(30 or 60 minutes)
In customized Introductory workshops Heather explains what Mindfulness is (and what it isn’t), including Mindfulness background, outcomes, and ‘how tos’.
MINDFULNESSS SERIES (4 or 8 weeks)
(60 minute sessions for 4-weeks OR 30- minutes for 8-weeks)
Take a deeper dive into Mindfulness across a series of four or eight weeks. The series will teach employees how to incorporate Mindfulness into daily living for less stress, less reactivity, and better overall well-being. Employees will develop a home meditation practice and learn Mindfulness techniques to foster their development and health.

Offer your team an ongoing Mindfulness touchstone with regular weekly or monthly sessions.
MINDFULNESS DAYLONG ‘RETREAT’
(6-Hours)
Bring the team together for a day of Mindfulness. The day is run as a ‘silent retreat’ with lectures, guided discussions, inquiry exercises, dyad conversations, and meditation.
MINDFULNESS IN NATURE
(2-Hours)
We will meet in a local natural spot to connect to nature using Mindfulness techniques.
(30 or 60 minutes)

- Teaching includes lecture, personal inquiry exercises, and guided meditation.
- The second half of the session is customized to the needs of the organization. Dr. Rupp the fundamentals of Mindfulness and applies them to a chosen topic of importance to the organization. Common Topics Include: Reactivity/Triggers, Working with Difficult Emotions, ‘Busy Mind’, Stress, Inner Critic, Control, Self-Awareness, etc.

- These 15 or 30-minutes regular sessions include the Introduction of a relevant and different Mindfulness topic each week/month, a short inquiry exercise, and a guided meditation.
- Dr. Rupp has an inexhaustible and creative set of lesson topics to keep your team engaged and evolving over time.
- This can provide invaluable, productive, and consistent team support.
MINDFULNESS DAYLONG ‘RETREAT’
(6-Hours)
Bring the team together for a day of Mindfulness. The day is run as a ‘silent retreat’ with lectures, guided discussions, inquiry exercises, dyad conversations, and meditation.
- The morning will allow employees to learn the fundamentals of Mindfulness- what it is and how to ‘do it’.
- Lunch will introduce Mindful eating and have journaling time.
- The afternoon session expands the teaching of the morning to a customized focus determined by the client. Examples are self-awareness and acceptance, working with thoughts, working with emotions, finding happiness, allowing change, self-compassion, resilience, effective communication, self-development, etc.
- The afternoon topic’s exploration includes teaching of Mindful listening, controlled group dyad shares, and discussion for team building, in addition to lecture and meditation.
MINDFULNESS IN NATURE
(2-Hours)
We will meet in a local natural spot to connect to nature using Mindfulness techniques.
- Dr. Rupp is a trained Nature Meditation Teacher who will guide your team through Mindful movement, sensory meditations, and natural meditation techniques.
- The session will be related to a custom theme of your choice such as letting go, new beginnings, change, joy, etc.
- A great team building activity.
