About Karen Park, M.S.
Karen has spent the last 15 years learning about natural methods to improve overall health. She holds a M.S. in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, CT, and is currently working toward her health coach certification. She focuses on using nutrition, lifestyle change, and functional wellness to improve her clients’ overall health. Knowing that poor diet and lifestyle habits can lead to mood disorders, chronic pain and fatigue, autoimmune disorders, allergies, and more, she enjoys helping people find a way to begin their personal journey to wellness. For some, that means beginning with the basics. For others, she delves deeper using evidenced-based methods to tailor diet, supplement and lifestyle plans to help her clients meet their goals.
Karen has a true passion for healthy eating and naturally healing the body. She lives outside Philadelphia with her husband and son. She enjoys cooking, exercise, and time with family and friends. Karen incorporates her beliefs and education into her daily life by striving to provide her family with healthy meals, while creating space for exercise and meditation to balance out her own self-care.
Karen is available for individual nutrition counseling in person or via skype. For questions and scheduling of individual sessions please contact Karen:
