COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
ONE MONTH TO MINDFUL
This four-week introductory series will teach students how to incorporate Mindfulness into daily living for less stress, less reactivity, greater self-awareness and acceptance, and better overall well-being. Students will develop a home meditation practice and learn Mindfulness techniques to foster their development and health.  The course is self-paced and will take 4 weeks to complete with approximately 1.5 hours of instructional videos, handouts and guided meditations each week.

SLEEP COURSE: Sleep and Acupuncture
This course is designed for individuals with sleep complaints, particularly insomnia, and to those who want to better understand ways to improve their sleep. Participants will learn how to implement tools from Chinese medicine and sleep science for quickly improved sleep.  The course is approximately 60 minutes with instructional videos, handouts, guided meditation and acupressure.

COVID-19 AND LUNG SUPPORT WITH CHINESE MEDICINE
Participants in this mini-course will learn about the Chinese Medicine perspective on the COVID-19 virus and tools you can use at home to help strengthen your lungs.  The course is approximately 30 minutes with an instructional video, handouts and guided meditation with acupressure.

ALLERGY SUPPORT WITH CHINESE MEDICINE
Participants in this mini-course will learn about Allergies from Western and Chinese Medicine perspectives with a focus on acupressure to alleviate allergy symptoms and severity.  The course is approximately 40 minutes with two short instructional videos, handouts and guided meditation with acupressure.

INTRODUCTION TO ACUPUNCTURE: MINI-COURSE
Participants in this mini-course will learn the basics about acupuncture including: What is acupuncture; Why use acupuncture; and the Regulation and practice of acupuncture.  The course is self-paced with approximately 15 minutes of instructional video.
